"Omg Tom just saved my life and maybe my marriage. I accidentally downloaded some malware on my MacBook Pro. Spent an hour on the phone with Apple care and they couldn't get the thing gone. Through texts and calls Tom walked me through what REALLY needed to be done to completely get rid of the malware. Thank you so so so much!! Never going to just update flash player ever again!

I was frantic when my Mac would not restart. I called around town and Tom was very helpful and got me in to see his tech guy on the same day.he even followed up to make sure everything worked out. Great customer service. Turned out it was not serious and I was able to take my Mac home and get work done. I will use this team in the future!

Just want to give a shout out to Tom with Mac Techies here in Murrieta! I found him on Nextdoor and I called him because our screen suddenly stopped coming on. He was super friendly and simply asked if I had tried to unplug and plug back in the computer. Sounds so simple, why didn't I think of that???? Yep!!! Sure enough that worked!!! Thank you Tom!!! I will definitely recommend you to anybody having any problems with their Mac products!
